• Client: refers to anyone who registers with the service, acting as a buyer or seller.
• Seller: refers to a client who uses the service to process payment transactions made by buyers.
• Payment instrument: refers to a mobile payment method that the client has registered with the service.
• Payment transaction: defines the entire process of processing a payment via the service.
• Product: encompasses any merchandise, good, or service offered for sale.
• Purchase amount: refers to the total of a payment transaction.
• Service: refers to the Lipax service, as described in these terms of use.
• "We" or "our": refers to Lipax Inc.

Registration Conditions

To use our Service, you must provide all required information during your registration on our web or mobile pages. You must register a valid payment method to make transactions. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information and to keep it updated.

By accepting these terms, you declare that you are:

• At least 6 years old;
• Capable of entering into legally binding agreements.

Transaction Processing

Our Service facilitates payments between Buyers and Sellers. You authorize the debit of your payment method to finalize transactions, as well as credit in the case of cancellations or refunds.

Limitations and Restrictions

We reserve the right to modify or suspend any aspect of the Service, including its operation, without notice.

Personal Information

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your username and password, as well as all transactions made under your account.

Privacy

The personal information you provide is subject to our Privacy Policy.

Service Fees

No fees are charged for using the Service to purchase goods or services.

Dispute Resolution

Lipax provides tools to help resolve disputes between Buyers and Sellers.

Lipax is Not a Bank

Lipax processes payments on behalf of Sellers and is not a bank or a licensed deposit institution.

Termination of Service

We may terminate your use of the Service at any time, without liability to you or any third party, for reasons such as inactivity or violation of the Terms of Use.

Limitation of Liability

Lipax will not be liable for service interruptions due to force majeure events, such as natural disasters or conflicts.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, and any disputes will be settled by a competent court in Kinshasa.

Modification of Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting a notification on our site.
